2/ The Federal Government-supported Technology Innovation Hubs, being developed in partnership with the World Bank, and the private sector, are taking shape across the country. Vice President Osinbajo has recently flagged off the North Central, North East and South South Hubs, in Abuja, Yola, and Benin, respectively.

4/ Nigeria’s Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Ibe Kachikwu, was last week announced as the new President of the African Petroleum Producers Association, APPO, for the second time.

5/ Nigerian billionaire businessman and philanthropist Aliko Dangote was last week named the first African Ambassador for Responsible Tourism, by the United Nations World Tourism Organisation (UNWTO). Details here
